Privacy policy

What we collect

For account holders, we process your email address, name, sign-in identifiers, form settings, and service usage. Google sign-in provides basic profile information through WorkOS; it does not give Formerize access to your Gmail or Drive.

When someone submits a form, we store the answers and delivery details. Our infrastructure also processes technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and errors, to serve requests and prevent abuse. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message.

How we use and share it

We use this information to sign you in, run your forms, deliver responses, enforce usage limits, provide support, and protect the service.

Cloudflare hosts and stores service data, WorkOS handles sign-in, and Resend sends email. They process information needed to provide those services. Responses go to the form owner and any webhook destination they configure. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and protect the sign-in process. Formerize does not use advertising cookies.

Storage and deletion

Form responses currently expire after seven days and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Account information and form settings remain while needed to provide the service. Security, usage, and operational records may remain longer where needed to prevent abuse, resolve problems, or meet legal obligations.

Deleting data from Formerize does not remove copies already delivered to email inboxes, webhooks, or downloads. Providers may retain their own operational records under their policies.

Your choices

Email wyatt@lansford.dev to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.

If you filled out someone else's form, contact that form's owner first. They decide what to collect and how to use your response; Formerize processes it on their behalf. You can also contact us for help identifying the right owner.

Formerize is not intended for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We will post policy updates here and notify account holders of material changes.
