Using Formerize

Formerize lets you create forms, collect responses, and send them to your configured destinations. Keep your account and API keys secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Do not use Formerize for spam, phishing, malware, unlawful activity, or to disrupt others. Do not collect passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive health information through our forms. Do not use the service to collect personal information from children under 13.

Your forms and data

You keep your rights to your forms and content. You give us permission to host, process, and deliver them to provide the service. You are responsible for the information you collect, the notices and permissions it requires, and the destinations you configure.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Keep your own copies of responses you need: Formerize is not a permanent archive, and deleting a response cannot recall copies already delivered.

Plans and availability

Your plan's stated limits apply. If you purchase a subscription, its price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. Nothing here limits refund rights required by law.

We aim to keep Formerize reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that every email or webhook will reach its destination. Check your responses and delivery status. We may restrict or suspend use that violates these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is,” without warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. This does not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. You can stop using Formerize at any time and contact us to close your account.
